Our founder started in construction nearly 40 years ago — on site, learning every trade by doing it. The company that grew out of that experience now handles franchise rollouts, corporate fit-outs, factories and bespoke residential projects across Malaysia, from our base in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

The work that shaped us most was franchise F&B. When a brand like KFC or Pizza Hut opens an outlet, the dates aren't suggestions — the brand has marketing booked, staff hired and stock ordered. You either hand over on time or you don't get the next outlet. We've delivered hundreds of those handovers, year after year, and that discipline now runs through everything we build.

We're not the cheapest quote you'll get, and we're comfortable with that. What you get instead is a contractor that prices honestly, owns the paperwork — authority submissions and local council liaising included — and treats your opening date as a commitment, not a target.
