WHERE WE WORK
Fit-Out Contractor for KL, Selangor & Nationwide Malaysia
We're based in Kepong (Jinjang), Kuala Lumpur — about 20 minutes from the city centre — which puts most of the Klang Valley within an easy site visit. The bulk of our day-to-day work is renovation and fit-out in KL and Selangor: mall lots, shoplots, corporate offices, drive-thrus and showrooms.
Outside the Klang Valley, we've delivered projects in nearly every state in Malaysia — Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka, Kuantan, Kota Bharu, Alor Setar, Kuala Terengganu, and as far as Kuching, Sarawak.

Which areas in Malaysia does SK Luxury cover?

Is the site assessment really free?
Yes — site assessments are free for any site within the Klang Valley. For sites outside the Klang Valley we quote a travel fee upfront based on distance, and if you award us the project the full fee is deducted from your contract, so it effectively costs you nothing.
How long does a typical outlet fit-out take?
Most F&B outlet fit-outs run around a 6-week turnaround once approvals are in place, depending on size and scope. We work to a milestone-based schedule with a dedicated project manager, so you get a real opening date to plan your launch, hiring and stock around.
