Policy & Governance
SK Luxury Construction Sdn. Bhd. is committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity and accountability, and to full compliance with the laws of Malaysia — including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.
As an F&B and retail fit-out contractor, we work alongside brand owners, developers, mall management, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Their trust is central to our business, and we protect it by holding ourselves to high ethical standards.
We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments — directly or through third parties, in the private sector or with public officials.
All our directors and employees, and the subcontractors, agents, consultants and suppliers who work for or on our behalf. We expect our business partners to uphold standards consistent with ours.
Our framework is built around Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 and its Guidelines on Adequate Procedures, and reflects our commitment to fair dealing and the protection of personal data.
Our anti-corruption framework follows the five TRUST principles set out in the Guidelines on Adequate Procedures:
If you become aware of any bribery, corruption or other wrongdoing connected to SK Luxury Construction, we want to hear from you. Reports may be made in confidence, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a genuine concern.
